The next questions will walk you through the dinner options for you nad your spouse/guest. Here's this year's Dinner options: 14 oz. New York Steak - juicy strip loin (your server will ask how done you want your steak) 9 oz. Prime Rib - served with au jus Teriyaki Chicken - chicken breast meat basted with teriyaki marinade Baby Back Ribs - half rack, applewood smoked pork ribs, roasted in sweet BBQ sauce Vegetarian Ravioli - served with seasonal sauce
